Shipping Policy

Finished items, as well as any uncut clothing will be returned by recorded delivery for a £5 charge. Items will provided in a cotton drawstring bag and then packaged in a mailing bag. Recorded delivery is used to offer protection for your precious keepsake. 

If you require a quicker turnaround than normal we do offer a fast turn around service for an additional charge. This will guarantee that the item will be posted to you within 6 days of receipt of the clothing. This also includes an upgrade to Royal Mail guaranteed next day delivery by 1pm.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of the items we are unable to offer a return or exchange once work on your item has started. You will be sent a notification to advise you when work is due to commence and this will be the last opportunity to make any changes to the order or to cancel the order. In the event of a faulty item or missing item see below:

Reporting a Faulty Item

  • We ensure that all of our products are quality control checked before dispatch. If in the unlikely event, you receive a faulty product, please ensure to contact us at within 4 days of receiving your items.

  • We will kindly ask for photos, before sending a returns form to fill out.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure we receive the item[s] back within 14 days of reporting a fault.

  • After receiving the item[s] back and us confirming the faulty state, We will proceed to resolve the problem by repairing the item. If this option is not possible, a refund will be issued within 14 days.

Reporting a Missing Item

  • We recommend that clothing is sent via recorded delivery or tracked courier

  • We will not accept responsibility for any items lost. 

  • If you are expecting an item to be delivered and it does not turn up, you must ensure to report this to us within 4 days of the due date.
